Does the Danby refrigerator make a good wedding gift?

Shopping for the perfect wedding gift can be easy or can be tedious; it depends on whether you are friends with either or both of the couple that is tying the knot. There are people who want to give gifts to people that they are close to, others, to just about any one. Whatever the case maybe, a wedding is an excuse to buy a gift for someone and make them smile and happy.

In her quest for the perfect wedding gift to her best friend/twin sister Margaux, Alleah decided to log online and read reviews on appliances, particularly a Danby refrigerator. Her sister is famous for buying appliances that gets easily broken or damaged beyond repair, and is known for her love for parties, Alleah decided to give her fellow pea-in-a-pod a refrigerator. After reading reviews, she decided to give her a Danby refrigerator.

The Danby refrigerator has a large capacity compact fridge with a mechanical thermostat, a no-hassle push button defrost, a very nice reversible door swing for convenient left or right  hand opening, and a see-through vegetable crisper with a transparent cover.

The best part about the Danby refrigerator is that it has a 24-month warranty for both parts and labor coverage on repair. After deciding on what Danby refrigerator model to buy, Alleah went out and headed for an appliance store.

A few hours later, she emerges from the front door with a big, sunny smile on her face. She bought two refrigerators: one Danby refrigerator for herself, and one Danby refrigerator for Margaux.

In general, a Danby refrigerator, though bulky and a bit pricey at times, is considered to be an ideal, sometimes perfect gift for lovers who are getting married. Since they are starting a new life together as a couple, their new house is their first project, hence the need for home appliances and furniture.

Bridal registries, those registration gimmicks that department stores have almost always include appliances in them, not just refrigerators but also television sets and air-conditioners.

Other people would expect furniture like living room set, divan chairs, a dining table with chairs, a guestroom bed, and a dresser. Some would request for house fixtures such as lights, curtain rods, door knobs, a door bell, and padlocks.

Sometimes, personal gifts, such as huge greeting cards or a caricature of both the couple can be given as gifts. There are also straightforward requests for financial support so monetary gifts would be the accepted form.

Whatever one decides to give to a couple who is about to say “I do..”, always remember that it is the thought that always counts, and not the amount of money spent in the gift, and it is the effort that matters more than the material gift.

With this being said, a Danby refrigerator is a great gift to give on a wedding day.
